Youth Civic Association

Everyday Washington's youth are continually overlooked and not put into the bigger perspective when changes are made that effect them. They are also seen as violent, disrespectful, unruly and disruptive to the community. However this is true for some youth, there is a large number of youth who are outstanding citizens that don't deserve to be labeled.

Fenty Announces New Housing Facility for Homeless Families

Administration highlights District’s Point in Time Count that reveals a drop in chronic and street homelessness in the District

Today Mayor Adrian M. Fenty, joined by Department of Human Services Director Clarence Carter, officially opened Naylor Road temporary housing for homeless families, a 28-unit apartment complex that provides shelter for homeless families.

The become a member form has been updated to better categorize our members. There are now drop down fields that allow you to select if you are a new member, old member or business/ organization. Business and Organization also have a feild to input there name along with the main contacts info. We hope that these changes allow us to better serve you.
