Although the agenda was not sent out to the community in accordance with article 8, section 6 of ANC5C  bylaws the commission will convene on Monday. Brian Brown the developer of the firehouse on North Capitol street will give a presentation on his plans for the building which are to include a banquette hall, restaurant and lounge. The most notable agenda item is the discussion on the  community complaint against the Big Bear liquor license application. Which will possibly be followed by a vote to support on not support the license.
